Schedule Templates

Appointment Status Codes
- To find, edit, disable and enable your clinic's appointment status codes navigate to Administration -> Schedule Management -> Appointment Status Setting
- Use the 'Edit' button to change the status code description and BG Colour
- Use the 'Disable' and 'Enable' buttons to activate or deactivate any status codes
Provider / Physician IDs
- To find all provider / physician IDs to input into the Phelix Control Panel navigate to Administration -> User Management -> Search/Edit/Delete Provider Records
- Select 'Last Name' and leave the search bar blank and hit 'Search' to search all providers (active or inactive) by Last Name
